Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:
1. Vouchers can be exchanged for stays on any dates - high or standard season period, at any time in the future - there is no expiry date for date of stay.
2. Vouchers will be issued and sent by email after full payment by credit card, bank transfer (to our UK account) or via PayPal is received.
3. There is no refund for unused vouchers.
4. Voucher holders will be offered the option of a room upgrade (with a supplement) depending on room type purchased.
