For guests staying only at Kasbah Africa during their Moroccan holiday, this day trip enables you to experience the bustling city of Marrakech, an ancient walled city renowned for its architecture and colourful souks. It includes a guided walking tour of the main attractions of the ancient medina, lunch in a traditional riad, and an afternoon tour of other places of interest in the medina.

In the morning our guided tour starts near the 'Mellah', the Jewish district of Marrakech medina. In the Djemaa el Fna, a huge public square and market place in the heart of the medina, we learn about its fascinating history. We will also see Koutoubia Mosque before taking lunch on the terrace of a traditional riad, Riad Africa.

After lunch we visit the souks and include a visit to the Secret Gardens, a beautiful botanical garden located in the heart of the medina. After the medina you have the option to drive through the modern part of Marrakech, Gueliz. A drive along Avenue Mohamed V, reveals some buildings from the French-influenced period.
